Faye Ricci is Vice President of Legal Affairs at Limeade with the goal of developing solutions that simplify the support for sales and services transactions in anticipation of future scale and growth.

Faye brings more than 22 years of legal and risk management expertise to her current role, including experience navigating highly regulated industries, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Faye was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and most recently, at Bank of America, where she served as a Vice President in the Global Securities Solutions Group. In these roles, Faye focused on transaction management, various regulatory and compliance issues and operational risk. Faye also spent 14 years at national and regional law firms delivering strategic business-oriented legal counsel and transactional support to her clients.

She received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

Faye lives on Mercer Island with her husband, two children, two dogs and two cats.
