Walker is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, lifestyle medicine physician, speaker, author, and podcaster with more than 25 years of experience caring for women across every stage of life. After delivering babies for nearly a quarter century, she now focuses her clinical practice on comprehensive gynecologic care, supporting women through adolescence, midlife transitions, menopause, and beyond—while addressing whole-person health through evidence-based lifestyle medicine principles. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Georgetown University School of Medicine, and the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Walker brings a rare blend of academic rigor, clinical expertise, and real-world wisdom to every conversation.
