Milbert Kiggundu-Bentham is a Bank of America executive on the Digital Strategy team, leading national digital engagement for the bank’s small business clients. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has held roles across strategic marketing for the Chief Investment Office and Global Commercial Banking, including six years as a senior relationship manager supporting middle-market companies in New Jersey. She is also a committed leader in advancing women and inclusion, serving in leadership roles for internal employee networks and mentoring initiatives, and has been recognized with Bank of America’s Diversity & Inclusion Award and the Global Commercial Banking Darnell Award. Earlier in her career, she worked in fixed income research and capital markets at Standard & Poor’s and Bear Stearns, and also founded an upscale children’s fashion line in New York City rooted in East African design. Kiggundu-Bentham holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Georgetown University, along with certifications in AI and data science, and lives in New Jersey with her family.
