Jordyne Blaise, Esq. (C’06, L’10) is a renowned diversity, inclusion, and equity consultant, strategist, and public speaker. She is the current vice president of Equity and Community Engagement for Circuit Clinical, an integrated research organization bringing clinical trials to underserved communities. She also runs her own private consulting firm that provides coaching, training, and strategic planning services to organizations seeking to build or bolster their diversity programs.

Blaise has been published nationally as a leading scholar-activist in the areas of civil rights, Black feminist legal and social theory, and intersectionality. Her contributions have been featured in The Atlantic, TIME, and Essence magazines. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown. A native of Miami, Florida, Blaise currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her partner Robert and her dog, Dade.
