Alicia Chin has dedicated her career to championing environmental and social impact within consumer-facing companies. She currently leads sustainability and social impact for Smartwool, a Colorado-based outdoor apparel brand, where she oversees programs on circularity, regenerative agriculture, and inclusion and diversity. Prior to Smartwool, Alicia managed sustainability at the National Hockey League and Heineken USA. She loves hiking, camping, experiencing new cultures, food, and music. She earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
