Hannah Cheng  began her career at JP Morgan Chase, working on the interest rates hedge fund sales desk for eight years. In 2014, with zero restaurant experience, she opened Mimi Cheng’s —a Taiwanese dumpling restaurant— with her sister. Mimi Cheng’s is known for cooking Cheng’s family’s recipes and handmade artisanal dumplings. The menu spans both traditional classic and modern global cuisine interpretations. There are now three locations in New York, New York.
