Raised in Wisconsin, Jenny Gorski developed an interest in politics in grade school. She followed her passion by moving to Washington, DC, to study American Government at Georgetown University. After graduating from Georgetown, Gorski started her career working for Congressman Doc Hastings from Washington state just two weeks before 9/11. This year will mark her 23rd consecutive year working for the House of Representatives. She has served in many roles, including chief of staff for two members of Congress and has served in various committee positions, including for the House Rules Committee, Homeland Security Committee, and she currently works for the Foreign Affairs Committee. She lives in Virginia with her husband Jason and their three boys.
