Lizzy Conroy is the principal of the HBC Group at SERHANT., where she leads a team of 10 real estate professionals responsible for more than $150 million in sales in 2025 and over $2 billion in lifetime volume. Recognized annually by Washingtonian, Northern Virginia Magazine, and RealTrends, Conroy is known for delivering a concierge-level client experience throughout the DC-area market. A graduate of Georgetown College of Arts & Sciences, Conroy previously worked in commercial real estate, construction, marketing, and international trade before building her award-winning residential real estate career. She serves on the Board of the McLean Project for the Arts and the Advisory Board of Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens. A contributing author to Mastering the Corporate Chess Game, Conroy was named the 2017 Virginia Mother of the Year and the 2005 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society National Woman of the Year. She lives in McLean, Virginia, with her husband and two children.
