Alicia Chin (C’08) is the director of sustainability and social Impact for VF Emerging Brands (Smartwool, Altra, and Icebreaker). She is responsible for the strategic planning of the brands’ sustainability and social impact initiatives including regenerative materials, circularity, and equity in the outdoors. 

Chin has spent more than a decade dedicating her career to corporate sustainability and social responsibility, working with Fortune 500 companies to develop their sustainability strategies. Before joining VF, she managed community engagement at the NHL and sustainability at Heineken USA. Outside of work, Chin enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outside with her husband, Thomas Polzin (SFS’08), and son.
