Delphine Park O’Rourke, Esq., is on a mission to advance innovation in women’s health because she believes that women have suffered and died unnecessarily for too long.  

She is a globally recognized leader in women’s health and wellness who leverages multiple platforms, experience, and expertise to drive meaningful change. O’Rourke is a strategic executive, health law expert, venture capital investor, and board member. A sought-after speaker, she is committed to helping untangle the healthcare system, the complicated laws and regulations that frame healthcare delivery, and the constantly changing policy initiatives.  

O’Rourke is currently developing a care delivery model that integrates virtual and traditional in-person care with the physical flexibility of women’s dynamic work and home environment. After years working with health systems and hospitals, including as associate general counsel of the healthcare giant, Ascension, O’Rourke wanted to build a “click and composite” solution that would bridge telehealth and brick and mortar to solve the obstacles of time, distance, and space that block women’s access to care.  

O’Rourke previously led the first global legal practice dedicated to the women’s health industry as a partner with Goodwin, and continues to advise women’s health clients.  O’Rourke has consistently been named Best Lawyers in America for Health Law and was nominated by The Financial Times in 2023, for their Most Innovative Lawyer and  Most Innovative Legal Practice awards. O’Rourke was also recognized among the most influential leaders in women’s health by WoW.   

In addition to her legal practice, O’Rourke is a lead partner at Portfolia—a leading venture investing platform designed for women and investments in femtech. O’Rourke also teaches The Business of Healthcare & the Law and an exciting new course called, Healthcare Law & Reproductive Justice after Dobbs, at Columbia Law School. She serves on a number of advisory boards including the Columbia Law School Alumni Association, e-Lovu, MDisrupt, Everviolet, and The Invisible Girl Project. 

O’Rourke earned her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, where she was also a Harlan Stone Fiske Scholar. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the School of Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where she graduated cum laude, and clerked for the United States District in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
