Jennifer “Jen” Dalton (B’99, MBA’12) has over 20 years of experience in brand and business strategy. In 2012, she launched BrandMirror, becoming a certified master personal brand strategist. In 2016, she published The Intentional Entrepreneur, a bestselling book that shares her process for building a personal brand as an entrepreneur. 

As an international speaker, Dalton has spoken to and coached thousands of individuals, startups, and leaders about clarifying their purpose and how to increase their visibility and impact. 

Her second book, Listen: How to Embrace the Difficult Conversations Life Throws at You, was published in December 2020, with insights on how to navigate conversations with the people you care most about in life. 

Dalton is a double Hoya, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1999 and an executive MBA in 2012.
