Sara Jane Ho (C’07) is the founder of Institute Sarita, China’s first etiquette school,and host of the Daytime Emmy-nominated Netflix series Mind Your Manners. A cultural polyglot—fluent in German, French, Mandarin, and Cantonesein addition to English—she has lived in Papua New Guinea, the UK, and Hong Kong before moving to the U.S. to attend Phillips Exeter Academy, Georgetown, and Harvard Business School. Her down-to-earth demeanor and genuine passion for helping others transform their lives cemented the success of her feel-good makeover show.  Her two books, Mind Your Manners: How to Be Your Best Self in Any Situation and Mind Your Manners: An insider's Guide to Social Fluency, bring her deeper, more expansive definition of etiquette to a global audience.
